Desired profile of the candidate

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using / / NestJS.
  • Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for high performance and scalability.
  • Design and manage relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
  • Write efficient queries, stored procedures, triggers, and optimize database performance.
  • Implement caching strategies (Redis, Memcached) to improve application responsiveness.
  • Ensure systems follow security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, encryption, access control).
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban), and contribute to sprint goals.
  • Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding standards.
  • Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
