  1. Sales & Customer Management

  2. Supervise all sales staff on the floor (gold, diamond, silver counters, etc.).

  3. Ensure customers are greeted, assisted, and attended with the right sales pitch.
  4. Handle premium/VIP customers personally.
  5. Resolve escalated customer complaints or billing issues.
  6. Monitor conversion rate (walk-ins vs. buyers).
  7. Push upselling (diamonds, high-margin jewellery, custom orders).

  8. Team Leadership & Training

  9. Assign daily targets to salesmen and track progress.

  10. Conduct morning huddles/briefings (offers, new arrivals, sales techniques).
  11. Provide on-floor coaching during live customer interactions.
  12. Identify weak sales staff and arrange training.
  13. Motivate the team through recognition, incentives, or pep talks.

  14. Sales Planning & Targets

  15. Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for each counter/staff.

  16. Monitor individual vs. collective performance.
  17. Report daily sales numbers to the owner/management.
  18. Align sales strategy with showroom promotions (festivals, wedding season, Diwali, etc.).
  19. Plan product placement for higher sales

  20. Inventory & Product Knowledge

  21. Ensure all sales staff know product details (weight, purity, pricing, making charges, certification).

  22. Coordinate with storekeeper for stock rotation
  23. Oversee jewellery display arrangements to maximize attraction.
  24. Check that counters are clean, well-lit, and stock is complete.

  25. Customer Relationship Management

  26. Build long-term relationships with high-value clients.

  27. Keep records of repeat customers, anniversaries, birthdays, and follow up.
  28. Handle bulk/bridal/joint family orders.
  29. Call and invite old customers for offers/events.
  30. Monitor CRM manager/social media manager leads → ensure walk-ins convert.

  31. Offers & Promotions

  32. Explain ongoing schemes clearly to customers .

  33. Coordinate with marketing team for social media posts, WhatsApp offers, festive ads.
  34. Train staff to communicate schemes without confusing or underselling.
  35. Monitor competitor offers in nearby markets.

  36. Reporting & Admin Work

  37. Maintain daily sales report (DSR) counter-wise.

  38. Submit weekly performance summary to management.
  39. Analyze sales trends (which products are moving faster).
  40. Give feedback to purchase department (which designs to order more).
  41. Track incentive distribution to staff (based on performance).

  42. Discipline & Floor Management

  43. Ensure punctuality and discipline of sales staff.

  44. ( incentive will be provided upon sale)
