We are building cutting-edge AI products in the
Construction Tech
space – transforming how General Contractors, Estimators, and Project Managers manage bids, RFIs, and scope gaps. Our platform integrates
AI Agents, voice automation, and vision systems
to reduce hours of manual work and unlock new efficiencies for construction teams.

Joining us means you will be part of a lean, high-impact team working on
production-ready AI workflows
that touch real projects in the field.

Role Overview

We are seeking a
part-time consultant (10–20 hrs/week)
with strong
Full Stack development skills
in
Python (backend APIs)
and
ReactJS (frontend UI)
. You will work closely with the founding team to design, develop, and deploy features across the stack, directly contributing to
AI-driven modules
like:

  • AI Blueprint Parser
    – extract scope and quantities from construction drawings.
  • Bid Leveling Dashboard
    – ReactJS dashboards powered by Python APIs.
  • Voice Agent Workflows
    – integrate OpenAI + ElevenLabs to automate vendor calls.
  • Automation Pipelines
    – use AWS, LangChain, and OpenAI agents to scale workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain
    modular Python APIs
    (FastAPI/Flask) with clean architecture.
  • Develop
    ReactJS components and dashboards
    for estimator-facing UIs.
  • Integrate AI services (OpenAI, LangChain, OCR/vision libraries) into production flows.
  • Work with AWS services (Lambda, S3, RDS/Postgres, CloudWatch) for deployment.
  • Collaborate with founders to
    convert fuzzy product ideas into technical deliverables
    .
  • Ensure production-readiness: logging, CI/CD pipelines, error handling, test coverage.

Eligibility & Skills

  • 2–4 years of professional experience
    in full-stack development.
  • Strong expertise in
    Python (FastAPI/Flask, REST APIs)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    ReactJS, component libraries, and state management
    .
  • Exposure to
    cloud environments (preferably AWS)
    .
  • Bonus: Familiarity with
    AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, OCR, LangChain)
    .
