Process Analysis & Documentation

  • Experience in requirement gathering and converting business needs into automation solutions

RPA Development & Design

  • Proficient in designing and developing efficient, maintainable, and scalable RPA workflows
  • Adherence to standard RPA design principles
  • Experience in creating and documenting test procedures and pre-UAT scenarios
  • Supporting operations during UAT and rollout phases
  • Implementing change requests via structured change control processes

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Strong development experience in:

  • Browser Automation

  • Windows Automation
  • Surface Automation
  • Mainframe
  • SAP
  • MAPIEx
  • MS Excel VBO

  • Web Services

  • Programming experience in VB / C#.NET

  • Working knowledge of HTML, SQL, and VBO
  • Familiarity with OCR technologies

Collaboration & Support

  • Experience coordinating with process owners and business stakeholders
  • Ability to design as-is and to-be process flows using UiPath
  • Strong problem-solving skills for day-to-day RPA issues

Certifications

  • UiPath Developer or Professional Certification (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Experience with Blue Prism is a plus
