Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / Phone Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in tele-sales, lead conversion, and customer relationship management, preferably in NBFC, Fintech, Ed-Tech, Banking, Insurance, or Vehicle Sales. Responsibilities:
- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to pitch relevant products and services
- Understand customer needs, provide product information, and suggest suitable solutions
- Convert leads into sales by building strong customer relationships
- Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and messages to close sales
- Maintain and update sales records in CRM software
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Language : Fluent in Hindi is mandatory.
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days (Mon-Sat)
