Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented 
Senior Structural Engineer
 to lead and oversee structural design for
Precast projects.
 The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Precast structures, advanced design techniques, and project management. The selected candidate will also receive advanced training in 
precast concrete design
, further enhancing their skillet.

Location:
Pune/Noida/Mohali/Chennai

Working Days:
Monday to Friday(5 days a week).

Key Responsibilities:

Advanced Structural Design and Analysis

  • Lead the design of Precast structures for buildings and infrastructure projects.
  • Conduct in-depth structural analysis using tools like Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAFE to validate designs for safety, stability, and efficiency.
  • Provide optimised solutions for complex structural elements, including foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.

Leadership and Mentorship

  • Guide and mentor junior structural engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Review and approve design outputs, ensuring adherence to safety codes and standards.

Documentation and Quality Control

  • Oversee the preparation and review of design reports, specifications, and drawings.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with relevant standards (e.g., IS, Eurocode, ACI) and project requirements.

Project Coordination and Collaboration

  • Work closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated structural solutions.
  • Actively participate in project discussions, providing technical expertise to resolve complex design challenges.

Innovation and Problem-Solving

  • Stay abreast of advancements in precast concrete technologies and modern design software.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:
 B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering.

Experience:
 Minimum 3 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on concrete projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in structural analysis tools such as Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAFE.
  • Deep knowledge of Precast design principles and construction methodologies.
  • Expertise in interpreting and applying international structural codes and standards.

Leadership and Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
