As we expand, we are looking for a hardworking and responsible PDI Executive who can support the Quality & Dispatch team in ensuring that only defect-free products reach customers.

Role Summary

We are hiring a fresher (12th pass) for the PDI team. The PDI Executive will be responsible for checking finished goods, counting, quality inspection, packing verification, and helping in dispatch work. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants a stable job, wants to learn manufacturing work, and grow inside the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect finished products visually and measure as per instruction
• Check quantity, product accuracy, batch number, and packing before dispatch
• Follow PDI checklist and maintain proper records
• Report defects, damage, or mismatches to the Quality Manager
• Support packing, labeling, and loading activities when needed
• Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and safety at the workplace
• Ensure smooth coordination with Production, Store, and Dispatch teams

What We're Looking For

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Fresher candidates can apply (training will be provided)
• Ability to read, write, and understand basic measurements
• Disciplined, honest, and responsible personality
• Good physical fitness and willingness to work on-shopfloor
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
• Basic knowledge of handling tools (optional – training will be given)
