Job Description:

We are hiring a Telecaller to handle customer calls, explain company services, and support the sales and marketing team. The candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products and services clearly to clients.
  • Maintain call logs and follow up with leads regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professionalism on calls.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Plus Two or Degree.
  • Good communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • Age between 23 to 35 years.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Candidates from nearby Anthikad or surrounding areas preferred.
