E-Commerce Executive- Ladies

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented female E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will oversee product listings, promotions, customer engagement, and analyze data to enhance the overall online shopping experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and ensure a seamless user experience across our e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Online Store Management:
- Manage and optimize product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure accurate inventory management and product availability.
- Sales and Performance Optimization:
- Monitor daily sales and develop strategies to improve online sales performance.
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers.
- Marketing and SEO:
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run paid ads and social media campaigns.
- Customer Support:
- Address customer queries and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Manage reviews and ratings to maintain brand reputation.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate regular performance reports for management.
- Track KPIs such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and revenue.
