One of our early-stage Fintech portfolio companies is growing rapidly, and they are looking for a
Head of Operations & Delivery
to build, scale, and lead a robust, high-performance service delivery function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the blueprint for a cost-effective, high-performance delivery function
  • Development of a scalable hub-and-spoke operational model across India
  • Build and manage a low-cost, high-performance delivery team that can scale rapidly
  • Take full ownership of defining the appropriate business model and operating procedures
  • Lead the growth of the team, managing and mentoring a 150+ member operations team across 15+ cities by the end of the next financial year
  • Champion a tech and data-led approach to operations, leveraging AI and automation
  • Establish strict controls and audit mechanisms to ensure process integrity and service quality
  • Act as the local face of the company, building and managing critical working relationships with banking and financial partners at the local and regional levels

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Service Delivery, or Field Operations
  • Prior experience doing this in a Fintech environment would be a huge advantage
  • Proven track record of building and managing scaled operations teams across multiple cities
  • Deep expertise in process design and optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to be results-driven and aggressive in achieving targets
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills,
  • Must be comfortable taking ownership of P&L and efficiency KPIs for the entire delivery function
