Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for the Co-Founder & CEO at Graphicon. The role is based in Ranchi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Co-Founder & CEO will be responsible for leading the company's strategic vision, driving growth, overseeing day-to-day operations, and managing key business functions such as sales, marketing, and communications. Responsibilities also include engaging in high-level negotiations, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the company meets its performance goals.
