Key Responsibilities

● Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.

● Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.

● Perform manual testing – functional, regression, UI/UX, smoke, and sanity testing.

● (Optional) Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress, etc.

● Identify, record, and track bugs/defects using tools like JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla, or similar.

● Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues and improve product quality.

● Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.

● Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter or similar tools.

● Prepare test reports, documentation, and release notes.

● Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth production rollout.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

● Proven experience as a Software Tester / QA Engineer (or Internship for freshers).

● Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Bug Life Cycle.

● Familiarity with manual testing techniques.

● Experience with automation tools (optional but preferred).

● Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

● Good understanding of SQL and basic database queries.

● Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Good to Have

● Experience with Mobile App Testing (Android/iOS).

● Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

● Understanding of API automation tools (Rest Assured, Newman).

Pay: ₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
