Roles & Responsibilities:

To ensure the safety and security of personnel, property, and materials at the manufacturing plant by effectively managing shift security operations, manpower deployment, and compliance with company security procedures.

• Supervise gate operations and ensure strict access control for employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Deploy and manage security guards as per duty roster and operational requirements.
• Conduct regular patrolling to ensure plant safety and detect any suspicious activity.
• Monitor CCTV operations and report any security or safety breaches.
• Verify and maintain records of gate passes, visitor entries, and vehicle movements.
• Handle shift handover/takeover and maintain daily security reports.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, incidents, or alarms.
• Coordinate with EHS, Admin, and Production teams for safety and compliance.
• Maintain discipline, grooming standards, and equipment readiness of the security team.
