Job Title: Officer - Program Management

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Officer - Program Management to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects within our office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully leading and executing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Communicate project updates to stakeholders and senior management
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Proven experience in program management or project management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
