Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IP Pharmacist, located in Lucknow. The IP Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications to inpatient clients, maintaining accurate medication records, and collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care. Daily tasks include reviewing and interpreting prescription orders, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, providing drug information, and monitoring patients for drug interactions and contraindications.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pharmacology, including drug mechanisms, therapeutic uses, and adverse effects
• Strong skills in Patient Medication Counseling, and Medication Safety practices
• Proficiency in Pharmaceutical Calculations and Compounding
• Experience in Inventory Management and Medication Storage procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and independently
• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• State certification and licensure as a Pharmacist
