Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a KYC Analyst, located in Nashik. The KYC Analyst will be responsible for conducting due diligence on customers, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with sanctions and regulations. The role involves verifying client information, evaluating customer risk through analytical assessments, and maintaining communication with stakeholders to clarify and resolve discrepancies. The KYC Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company's commitment to secure, compliant, and efficient crypto trading operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess customer profiles and identify potential risks
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and client interaction
• Experience and proficiency in conducting Due Diligence processes
• Knowledge in Finance and understanding of financial regulations and processes
• Understanding and application of Sanctions and compliance frameworks
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Prior KYC, compliance, or financial industry experience is an advantage
