Nspire Womens Attire is an 18-year-old women's westernwear fashion brand with retail stores in Chennai & Bangalore. We are expanding our digital presence and are looking for a creative content planner who loves fashion and understands social media trends.

Role: Instagram Content Calendar Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and organised individual to build and manage our Instagram content plan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create weekly & monthly Instagram content calendars
  • Suggest relevant reels, trending audios & visual concepts
  • Recommend shoot ideas, lookbooks, and content direction
  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and storytelling
  • Track trends in women's fashion, influencers, and social media
  • Work closely with the team via remote coordination
  • Ensure quick turnaround and regular content flow

Ideal Candidate

  • Passionate about fashion, styling, trends, and women's wear
  • Strong understanding of Instagram growth, reels, and analytics
  • Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics
  • Quick, dependable, and proactive
  • Students or freshers from media, fashion, or communication backgrounds are welcome
  • Experience with fashion brands is a bonus
