We're Hiring: Site Incharge (Civil)

Are you a seasoned Civil Engineering professional with a track record of turning blueprints into landmarks? We are looking for a high-caliber Site Incharge to lead our latest [Residential/Commercial/Industrial] project from groundbreaking to handover.

The Role

As the Site Incharge, you won't just manage a site; you will own the execution strategy. You will bridge the gap between design and reality, ensuring that quality, safety, and timelines are never compromised.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Execution: Oversee all civil construction activities, ensuring work aligns with structural drawings and technical specifications.

Project Management: Develop and monitor project schedules (micro-level) to ensure timely milestones.

Resource Optimization: Manage sub-contractors, labor forces, and material procurement to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.

Quality & Safety: Enforce stringent QA/QC protocols and maintain a zero-incident safety culture on-site.

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and management regarding project progress.

Who You Are

Experienced: You have 8–15 years in civil execution (specifically in Plants or Mines).

Qualified: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

A Leader: You know how to manage large teams and keep sub-contractors accountable.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera.
