Job Title: F&B Associate

Job Summary:

Provides exceptional customer service, supports food and beverage operations, and maintains high standards of quality, hygiene, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Customer Service: Greet, serve, and attend to customer needs, resolving complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
• • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle customer requests efficiently.
• • Maintaining Ambiance: Ensure cleanliness, organization, and aesthetics of dining areas.
• • Supporting Operations: Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and requisitioning supplies.

Requirements:

• • Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or F&B setting is preferred, but not always necessary.
• • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
• • Physical Ability: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
