Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and record incoming food, beverage, and supply deliveries.

Organize and store items in designated storage areas, ensuring easy access and rotation (FIFO/LIFO).

Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records regularly.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile with system records.

Issue items to kitchen, bar, and service departments against requisitions.

Track expiry dates and ensure timely usage of perishable items.

Maintain proper records of receipts, issues, returns, and damages.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as store keeper (minimum 2–5 years).

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13, ₹15,000.00 per month
