Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Demat Account Executive to acquire clients and assist in opening Demat and trading accounts. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, knowledge of financial products, and a willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, or referrals

  • Guide customers through the Demat and Trading account opening process
  • Collect and verify KYC documents and ensure accurate data entry
  • Explain product features like stock broking, mutual funds, and SIPs
  • Follow up with clients until account activation is completed
  • Coordinate with back-office for account processing and compliance checks
  • Maintain client records and submit daily reports to the manager
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales/account opening targets
  • Educate clients on using mobile trading apps and portals

Eligibility & Skills: 12th Pass or Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred)

  • Minimum 6 months – 2 years of experience in sales/financial services (preferred)
  • Freshers with good communication and interest in finance can apply
  • Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
  • Basic understanding of the stock market, Demat & trading accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, mobile apps, and online KYC
