About the Role

We're building the backbone of a powerful, high-scale
digital publishing platform
and are looking for an experienced
Go Developer
to join our engineering team. You'll work on mission-critical backend services including
REST APIs, content delivery, search systems, microservices
, and more.

This is a high-impact role with the freedom to architect, code, and optimize distributed systems that serve millions

Responsibilities

  • Design and build
    RESTful APIs
    with solid error handling and validation
  • Implement scalable
    concurrent operations
    using goroutines and channels
  • Work with
    PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis
    , and apply query optimization techniques
  • Integrate with third-party systems using
    OAuth2, JWT, webhooks
  • Design
    event-driven architectures
    with Kafka/RabbitMQ
  • Implement
    microservices communication
    (gRPC, service discovery)
  • Build monitoring and observability using
    Prometheus, Jaeger, zap/logrus
  • Write comprehensive
    unit and integration tests
    , and performance benchmarks
  • Own deployments via
    Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure high reliability with
    alerting, incident response
    , and
    capacity planning

Requirements

  • 4–6 years total backend experience,
    3+ years with Go
  • Proficient with
    Goroutines, Channels, and sync/concurrent programming
  • Strong command of
    SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Solid understanding of
    API security, logging, and testing frameworks
  • Experience with
    microservices architecture
    , message queues, and containerized deployments
  • Excellent debugging, profiling, and monitoring practices
  • Continuous learner, passionate about writing clean, idiomatic Go
