-Demonstrable troubleshooting and debugging skills. -Core designing skills & fundamental understanding of SDLC process. -Experience in design, unit tests and TDD.

-Design and prototyping experience. -Has delivered at least 2 full projects with multiple integration points. -SOA/Web Services Development in an Enterprise environment.
