Role & responsibilities
1) Achieve production plan by continuously production monitoring and communicate other agencies
2) Poka-yoke system deployment and sustenance
3) Conducting quarterly inventory and actions on variations
4) Rejecting and sending scrap material to scrap yard/vendor
5) Conduct perpetual inventory and analyze the variance
6) Updating of the system related to the engineering changes reflected in the BOM
7) New model establishment at line side related to system controls
Preferred candidate profile
System and inventory handling and management , Have problem solving and kaizen approach to the situations, Good communication skills, Knowledge of 5S,3G and 3M safety and Kaizen
