Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager (FinOps) with strong expertise in cloud financial management and Agile Release Train (RTE) leadership. The role blends financial governance with agile program execution, enabling optimized cloud spend and timely delivery across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • FinOps Leadership: Establish governance models, KPIs, and best practices to manage & optimize cloud spend.
  • Program Management: Drive large-scale cloud financial initiatives across Finance, Engineering, Procurement & Leadership teams.

  • Agile Release Train (RTE):

  • Facilitate PI Planning, ART sync, Scrum of Scrums.

  • Ensure seamless delivery across multiple Scrum teams.

  • Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments.

  • Cloud Cost Optimization: Identify and implement savings via rightsizing, reserved instances, and architecture optimization.

  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate with Finance to build accurate cloud spend forecasts.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Use Power BI, Superset, AWS Cost Explorer for insights.
  • Automation & Tooling: Drive FinOps platforms (CloudHealth, Apptio, Cloudability) and anomaly detection.
  • Change Management & Training: Promote FinOps culture with workshops, mentoring, and awareness programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 12+ years of industry experience, with 3–5+ years in FinOps/Cloud Cost Management.
  • Strong knowledge of AWS pricing & usage models.
  • 2+ years as an Agile RTE within SAFe or similar framework.
  • Proven track record in cross-functional cloud financial efficiency programs.
  • Strong expertise in reporting tools, budgeting & financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BE / Computer Science degree.
  • FinOps Practitioner / Professional Certification.
  • SAFe RTE, PMI ACP, or Scrum Alliance certification.
  • Background in DevOps, IaC, or platform engineering.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud allocation/chargeback models.
