JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
1.Business Performance
-Ensuring adherence to B2B and B2C business plans.
-Achieving an Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) target of 85%.
-Driving the successful introduction of New Product Introductions (NPI).
-Delivering a Service On Time In Full (OTIF) rate of 95%.
2.Sustainable Business Growth
-Enhancing product quality by improving key quality parameters.
-Increasing productivity by 10%.
-Reducing process scrap by 10%.
-Promoting multi-skilling among workmen to build a versatile workforce.
-Implementing initiatives for energy efficiency and optimization.
3.Process Standardization
-Managing spares for the powder coating booth and pretreatment line effectively.
-Overseeing the successful implementation and completion of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
4.Organizational Excellence & Compliance
-Actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen and Business Excellence programs.
-Ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards.
-Maintaining 5S workplace organization practices and foster a culture of safety, cleanliness, and operational discipline.
REQUISITE QUALIFICATIONS
Essential- Bachelor-s in Science (Chemistry) / Diploma in Paint Technology
Preferred- Diploma in Paint Application Technology
REQUISITE EXPERIENCE
Essential- 3 years of work experience for bachelor-s in science (Chemistry) OR
4 years of work experience for Diploma in Paint Technology
Preferred- Experience in Powder Coating
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Powder Coating
- Knowledge of Pretreatment Process
