Hiring for CDP Consultant with one our Client based in Pune .

8-10 years in Data Engineering & Analytics

Hospitality Industry exp is mandate

Work from Office 5 days

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

Must have Excellent Communication Skills

This is C2H Role

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with marketing, CRM, and IT to define use cases, journeys, and KPIs for customer 360.

2. Evaluate and recommend CDP platforms (SaaS, hybrid, open-source).

3. Design workflows for data ingestion, unification, identity resolution, consent management, segmentation, and activation.

4. Ensure closed-loop integration with MarTech, CRM, and analytics platforms (e.g., Netcore Smartech, Salesforce, Adobe).

5. Define data governance frameworks including consent, stewardship, compliance.

6. Support tool evaluation scorecards and vendor POCs.

7. Recommend AI/ML-driven use cases (segmentation, attribution, uplift modeling, cross-sell/upsell, NBA).

Must-Have Technical Skills:

1. Programming & Querying: Python (advanced), SQL (advanced)

2. Customer360 Understanding: Ability to define canonical profile models across patient, doctor, nurse, and household.

3. Customer Segmentation: Expertise in rule-based & ML-driven segmentation.

4. Campaign Efficiency: Ability to measure campaign impact (attribution, uplift, ROI).

5. Personalised Offers: Knowledge of AI/ML-driven personalization, next-best-action, and recommendation systems.

6. Cloud & Data: Experience with AWS (Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Kinesis), Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Event Hub).

7. Identity Resolution: Deterministic/probabilistic matching, consent management.

Good-to-Have:

1. PySpark

2. Reverse ETL.

3. NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).

4. Familiarity with MarTech platforms (Netcore Smartech, Salesforce, Adobe, MoEngage).
