DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer – Windows Server to join our IT infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating and maintaining Windows Server environments, supporting CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring reliable deployment, configuration, and monitoring of systems. The role requires strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting, server administration, Active Directory, and DevOps tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like PowerShell DSC, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or TeamCity.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and scalability using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus, or SolarWinds.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system and infrastructure issues promptly.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and other IT teams to improve deployment processes.
• Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security best practices and internal policies.
• Document infrastructure, processes, and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and task automation.
• Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, etc.).
• Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Solid grasp of networking concepts (TCP/IP, firewalls, load balancers).
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or AZ-104/AZ-400.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
• Familiarity with Linux environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of security hardening and compliance standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
