About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Analyst to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and API applications using Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UiPath, and AI-based testing tools. The role involves working in an Agile environment, supporting QA processes, and driving automation strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UiPath).
  • Execute end-to-end automation for functional, regression, and API testing.
  • Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and business stakeholders for test coverage.
  • Conduct defect triages, reporting, and maintain traceability using JIRA and Confluence.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote automation best practices.
  • Research and implement advanced automation strategies including AI-driven testing.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and provide progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years hands-on experience in automation testing.
  • Proficient in Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, UiPath; API testing (Postman, REST/SOAP).
  • Knowledge of Generative AI & Agentic AI tools for testing is a plus.
  • Programming experience in Python, Java, or C#.
  • Experience with CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Agile/Scrum experience; ISTQB or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and communication skills.
