Warranty Executive

Location: Guwahati

Department: Service / Warranty

Salary : Rs 25,000/-

Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims as per manufacturer guidelines.
  • Maintain warranty records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with OEM for claim approvals and settlements.
  • Monitor repeat jobs and prepare analysis reports.
  • Support service advisors and technicians in warranty policy awareness.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Graduate with 2+ years of experience in automobile warranty handling.
  • Knowledge of DMS and OEM warranty systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
