Job Title: Java Fullstack Developer

Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore

Shift: Overlapping hours with US time zones required

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Fullstack Developers with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and modern frontend frameworks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in designing and delivering scalable enterprise applications, preferably in the Logistics / Supply Chain domain, and should be comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot.
  • Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using modern frontend frameworks / Angular preferred).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality features.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data-driven applications.
  • Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentor junior developers.
  • Engage directly with US-based clients through regular calls/meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in fullstack development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.
  • Good frontend development experience with / Angular.
  • Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Microservices and Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure to Logistics / Supply Chain domain is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions and work in overlapping hours with US teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • AWS certification is a plus.
