SAP Basis- Sr Analyst- Hyderabad

• System Monitoring and Support:

o Perform comprehensive monitoring and proactive support for critical SAP systems, including HANA, SLT, Fiori, and OneSource.

o Ensure the high availability and smooth operation of the entire SAP landscape.

• System Maintenance and Upgrades:

o Plan, coordinate, and execute Support Package (SP-level) and add-on upgrades for a wide range of SAP software. This includes systems running on NetWeaver ABAP/JAVA stacks, ERP ECC, BI, HANA, BIA, SLT, NWDI, Solution Manager, PI, BOB, iXOS/OpenText, OneSource, and BSI.

o Manage and support the monitoring and upgrading of underlying database platforms.

• Database Management and Performance:

o Conduct performance monitoring and in-depth troubleshooting for various database environments, specifically SAP HANA, Oracle, and SQL databases.

o Maintain database integrity, backup, and recovery strategies.

• Collaboration and Project Work:

o Provide direct technical support and guidance to our Development and QA teams during system refreshes, testing, and deployment cycles.

o Actively participate in DB/SAP engineering and project activities, contributing to system design, implementation, and optimization.

• Infrastructure and Platform Knowledge:

o Apply practical knowledge of multi-cloud platforms to effectively support and manage the underlying infrastructure hosting the SAP systems.

o Utilize familiarity with OS platforms and commands (Linux and Windows) for system administration and troubleshooting tasks.

• Operational Excellence:

o Execute other job-related duties as assigned, maintaining flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs and technical requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 5-6 years of professional experience as an SAP Basis Administrator.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with the systems listed in the Key Responsibilities section (HANA, Fiori, SLT, ECC, Solution Manager, etc.).
• OS/DB Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and database administration for HANA, Oracle, and/or SQL.
• Cloud Understanding: Basic to intermediate knowledge of managing SAP systems within a multi-cloud environment GCP and Azure flavor and having OS level skills Linux.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
