We are looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Telecallers to join our team and help us expand the reach of our Campus Connect software.
Job Overview:
As a Telecaller at AppTestify Global Services, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients (schools, colleges, and educational institutions) to generate interest in our Campus Connect software. Your role will involve engaging with leads, answering queries, providing product information, and setting up appointments for the sales team.
You will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, and your ability to effectively communicate the benefits and features of Campus Connect will directly contribute to the growth of the product and company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
- Make outbound calls to educational institutions (schools and colleges) to promote the Campus Connect software.
- Identify and qualify new leads by gathering information about the institution's needs and decision-making process.
- Maintain a well-organized database of leads and prospects.
- Product Information & Promotion:
- Clearly and accurately explain the features, benefits, and pricing of Campus Connect software to potential clients.
- Answer all inbound calls and address client inquiries, ensuring they have all the information they need.
- Address customer concerns and objections in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Appointment Setting:
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings for the sales team with interested leads.
- Follow up on initial calls to convert interest into solid appointments and opportunities.
- Database Management:
- Maintain detailed records of conversations, follow-ups, and client responses in CRM software.
- Regularly update client details and feedback in the system to ensure smooth handover to the sales team.
- Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback from potential clients regarding their needs and challenges, which can inform future product improvements and sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to help improve sales strategies and outreach.
- Achieving Targets:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Report progress to team leaders and collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹20,000.00 per month
