Summary

We are looking for a qualified and motivated PGT Computer Science Teacher for handling classes 9,10 & 11. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT) or M.Sc. (CS) / MCA (or equivalent), with good teaching/mentoring skills. The role involves handling both theory and practical sessions, guiding students academically and in career paths, preparing them for board & further academic success, and contributing to the school's overall Computer Science programme.

Educational Qualification

  1. B.E. / B.Tech. in Computer Science or Information Technology (or equivalent) from a recognized university.

  2. M.Sc. in Computer Science or MCA from a recognized university.

  3. In some cases, BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) (or equivalent) + a postgraduate degree (or PG qualification as per school/board norms) may suffice.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1.Plan and deliver Computer Science theory and lab/practical classes as per the school's syllabus for Classes 11 & 12.

  1. Prepare lesson plans, assignments, projects, and assessments; evaluate student performance and provide feedback.

  2. Mentor and guide students academically — help them build strong conceptual foundation in programming, software, databases, algorithms, etc.

  3. Support students' career/ higher-education guidance in Computer Science / IT / related streams.

  4. Maintain academic records, ensure lab/computer-infrastructure readiness (if required), and collaborate with other teachers/departments for effective teaching and extracurricular/IT-club activities.

  5. Encourage logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and build interest in computing among students.Job type: Full timeSalary shall commensurate with experience
