Role overview

Be the
face of dip
on your campus. You'll run awareness, partnerships, and events that get students talking—and signing up.

What you'll do

  • Plan & execute campus activations, micro-events, and collabs
  • Build partnerships with clubs/societies and nearby businesses
  • Earn 15%-20% confession on every business you onboard
  • Create campus-native content (reels, posters, stories)
  • Drive sign-ups and weekly feedback loops to our team
  • Track simple KPIs: sign-ups, events/partnerships, reach

What you'll learn (resume-worthy)

  • Growth & event marketing, partnership pitching, content that converts
  • Community leadership and basic analytics/reporting
  • Real product feedback cycles with a fast shipping team

Requirements

  • Current student;
    2nd/3rd year preferred
  • Strong campus network or club/committee involvement
  • Reliable
    5–8 hrs/week
    ; clear communicator
  • IG + Canva/CapCut familiarity is a plus (or willingness to learn)

Nice to have

  • You manage/own college pages or WhatsApp/Telegram groups
  • Prior experience organizing fests, club drives, or brand stalls
