Position Title: Dispatch & Logistics Executive

Location: chandni chowk

Department: Operations / Logistics / delivery

Reports To: Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible for managing all activities related to order processing, dispatch, and delivery of goods. Ensures accuracy in Tally records, timely dispatch of orders, coordination with transporters, and proper documentation to achieve smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management
  • Receive and verify sales orders from the Sales/CRM team.
  • Coordinate with the production and inventory team for product availability.
  • Ensure accurate entry and tracking of orders in Tally/ERP system.
  • Dispatch & Logistics
  • Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per priority.
  • Coordinate with transporters, couriers, and delivery teams for on-time dispatch.
  • Ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation are as per company standards.
  • Track shipments and share dispatch details with sales and clients.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records in Tally/ERP and manual registers.
  • Generate delivery challans, invoices, and related shipping documents.
  • Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports and share with management.
  • Inventory & Coordination
  • Work closely with the inventory manager to reconcile stock vs. dispatch.
  • Highlight shortages or delays to management in advance.
  • Support cycle counts and stock audits.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Ensure all dispatches follow company and statutory compliance.
  • Monitor safe handling, loading/unloading of materials.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Tally/ERP (mandatory).
  • Good communication & coordination skills.
  • Basic knowledge of transport/logistics processes.
  • Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping ability.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA preferred).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Dispatch / Logistics / Order Processing.
  • Experience with Tally software is a must.

Job Type & Compensation:

  • Full-time, Office-based.
  • Salary: As per company norms & candidate experience.
