
Account Receivable Senior Analyst

Description Join the dynamic team at Davies North America, where precision and service excellence drive our success in the insurance and risk sectors. Administrative Associates support core operational functions such as claims handling, indexing, data processing, billing, and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide updates to the procedure manual for the Cost Containment Department
- Audit EDI compliance and accuracy
- Audit bill processing accuracy for each team member by reviewing bills in the audit queue
- Stay current with necessary rules, fee schedule, and EDI requirements enabling bill reviewers to process bills precisely and efficiently
- Provide backup for preparation of an agenda for monthly Cost Containment meetings
- Process and follow up with claim system kickouts
- Keep track of SPNet counts and alert IS if there is a discrepancy
- Review and send responses timely for Rx petitions and other petitions as requested
- Update petitions spreadsheet when new forms are received
- Process additional funds for determinations when necessary, sending proof of reimbursement timely
- Provide back-up for processing denials as needed
- Train new bill reviewers
- Assist with processing and updating spreadsheet for negotiated implants
- Answer team member questions and provide additional information
- Communicate errors with team members regularly
- Communicate with providers to verify contract terms, provide status, or resolve issues
- Enter and update contracted provider rates in claims system
- Communicate error rates for each team member with supervisor and manager
- Provide backup on reviewing reports when supervisor is unavailable
- Complete and maintain network updates
- Provide auditor with requested information during SOC Audit
- Convey positive attitude and teamwork for optimum provision of services to clients
- Help with special projects at the direction of management
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Typing speed: Minimum 35+ WPM with 10-key accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

- Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication; can escalate issues appropriately.
- Customer Service Orientation: Professional approach in dealing with internal teams and external providers.

- Confidentiality & Compliance: Handles sensitive information in line with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA where applicable).
- Multitasking: Able to switch between tasks efficiently in a high-paced, SLA-driven environment.
- Initiative: Proactive in identifying issues and raising them early for resolution.
- Must speak English
