Client:- Toyota

Location:- Bidadi Bangalore

Experience : 3-4 Years

JD:

* Facilitate the business needs in coordination with customer by ensuring maintenance, support and upgrade protection renewals are managed/handled/ordered.

  • Meet the KPIs set as per the contract & good knowledge on Licensing.
  • Identify renewals, software licensing, and services. Follow through with vendors and end users.
  • Manage contracts and software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings for various divisions.
  • Collect information for software compliance & inventory, contract summaries.
  • Enter and maintain information in a database format to address software compliance & inventory in the development of reporting to address management requirements to obtain information.
  • Communicate through email, individual interview, group meetings, and presentations to end users, management, end users and vendors.
  • Respond to requests from end users, managers, and team members for specific IT Software Asset Management data information.
  • Should have IT Asset Management and Discovery Tools experience
