We are looking for a skilled Resort Supervisor to join our team at Sagileo Talent Solutions, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate daily resort operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to maintain high service quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Analyze financial reports and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in supervisory roles within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing diverse teams effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems, inventory management software, and labor laws is required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Familiarity with health and safety protocols, quality control measures, and customer complaint handling procedures.
