Skills Required:

  • Should be excellent in Tally, Invoicing, Advanced Excel Working, Excel formulas, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, Pivot, GST understanding, Purchase Order Processing, Pivot Table, Google Sheets

  • Ability to work with multiple teams i.e. Dispatch, Admin and Senior Team

  • Should be good in verbal & written communication

  • Ability to work in pace and co-ordinate with multiple teams

  • Should have prior experience in Billing & Purchase Order Processing Roles, making invoice entries in Tally and dealing with clients

  • Must have B.Com background with accounting knowledge, CA (Inter) will be an added advantage

Role & responsibilities

  • The primary role is to process Daily Purchase Orders, co-ordinate with the Factory for stock readiness and issue Tax Invoices to enable dispatches from the Factory as per Clients Timelines

  • To Co-ordinate with MT/Ecom/Qcom Clients and Transporters for issues related to Purchase Orders, appointments and communicate with them regularly and proactively

  • To ensure Purchase Order maintained in a Google Tracker updating real time on the status of POs and ensuring faster processing of POs in co-ordination with Factory & Admin team

  • To ensure the maintenance of billing details of all MT/Ecom & Qcom players and Fill rates to measure efficiency

  • To ensure necessary filing and record-keeping of invoices

  • To work with the flow of the team to ensure maximum efficiency

  • Supporting other team members with other administrative tasks

  • Knowledge of CRM, Billing & Data Management

  • Accounting Knowledge of Tally Software is a must
