Your Role

  • Configure and manage Akamai CDN solutions, including application and web transaction monitoring, alert definitions, and customized reporting.
  • Develop, install, and customize tooling systems (Akamai, CDN, HashiCorp Terraform) to meet organizational and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for monitoring and automation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Akamai and related tooling systems, including auto-ticketing integration and template management.
  • Maintain documentation and drive process improvements, identifying automation opportunities and staying updated on industry trends.

Your Profile

  • 5-9 years of experience in Akamai CDN administration at L2/L3 level, with strong expertise in application monitoring and alert management.
  • Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Terraform for infrastructure automation and tooling customization.
  • Proficient in scripting, template creation, and integration (auto-ticketing, custom views, and monitoring templates).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Akamai, CDN, and related tooling systems.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional IT teams.
