About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Finance and Accounts function for our Rs. 100 Cr EPC and Manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, integrity, timeliness, and full statutory compliance across all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approve customer invoices after verification of contract terms, GST, retention, and advance adjustments.
  • Approve vendor invoices after reviewing PO, GRN, invoice match, GST accuracy, advances, and retentions.
  • Ensure timely issuance of sales invoices and timely booking of purchase liabilities.
  • Review and validate all accounting entries in Tally Prime before finalization.
  • Oversee efficient and compliant payment processes and approve payment proposals.
  • Review bank reconciliation reports and verify MIS reports for financial, accounting, costing, and treasury information.
  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial closure.
  • Oversee GST, TDS, Advance Tax, ROC filings, PF, ESI, audit documentation, and statutory submissions.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, banks, and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor litigation, notices, assessments, and guide appropriate responses.
  • Lead the Finance and Accounts team and ensure segregation of duties across all desks.
  • Serve as the final reviewer and approver for sales and purchase invoices, payment proposals, MIS reporting, and statutory filings.

Qualifications:

  • CA, CMA, or MBA Finance preferred.
  • Strong experience in EPC or Manufacturing finance.
  • Thorough knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in Tally Prime and MIS reporting.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
