Role Overview :
As an SAP CS/PM Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Customer Service and Plant Maintenance modules. Your role is critical in ensuring efficient service and maintenance operations, integrating SAP solutions with business processes, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
SAP PM (Plant Maintenance):
- Manage and optimize SAP PM module functionalities.
- Design, customize, and configure PM processes including preventive maintenance, breakdown management, and refurbishment.
- Conduct system audits and troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor equipment uptime and reliability.
- Collaborate with maintenance planners and technical teams to ensure compliance and asset health.
- Maintain master data (equipment, functional locations, task lists).
- Support KPI tracking and reporting.
SAP CS (Customer Service):
- Implement and support SAP CS functionalities such as service notifications, service orders, warranties, and installed base management.
- Integrate CS with SD, MM, FI, CO, and HR modules.
- Capture customer complaints and manage service tasks.
- Configure service contracts, pricing, and billing.
- Ensure smooth post-sales service operations.
General Duties:
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users.
- Provide consulting services for new implementations and ongoing support.
- Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
- Liaise between business users and technical teams.
- Propose system enhancements and process improvements.
