Position: Quality Assurance Executive

Experience: Fresher (0–1 year)

Department: Quality Assurance (QA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining QA documentation, records, SOPs, and logs.
  • Support in internal audits, external audits, and compliance activities.
  • Monitor and ensure implementation of quality standards as per NABL/ISO guidelines.
  • Coordinate with laboratory departments for data verification and corrective actions.
  • Help in preparation and review of test reports and certificates.
  • Ensure proper document control as per QA procedures.
  • Report any deviations, non-conformities, or quality issues to the QA Manager.
  • Support in training activities, quality meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of QA processes in a laboratory environment.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of ISO/IEC added advantage, not mandatory).
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Qualification:

  • B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Environmental Science or related field.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
