4 वर्षों के अनुभव के साथ, जिम्मेदारी होगी कंपनी / व्यक्ति की गाड़ी चलाना, यात्रियों / सामग्री को सुरक्षित और समय पर गंतव्य तक पहुंचाना, वाहन की उचित देखभाल करना, एवं सड़क/ट्रैफिक नियमों का पूरी तरह पालन करना।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ

  • निर्धारित स्थानों पर लोगों / सामग्री को गाड़ी से सुरक्षित ढंग से ले जाना-आना।
  • रोजाना यात्रा से पहले और बाद में वाहन का निरीक्षण करना – टायर, ब्रेक, लाइट, मिरर, तेल / कूलेंट / बैटरी आदि।
  • ट्रैफिक नियमों, यातायात चिन्हों, रोड सेफ्टी के नियमों का सख्ती से पालन।
  • सबसे उपयुक्त और समय बचाने वाला मार्ग चुनना, ट्रैफिक व मौसम परिवर्तन के अनुसार मार्ग में समायोजन करना।
  • वाहन की सफाई (इंटीरियर व एक्सटीरियर दोनों), रख-रखाव सुनिश्चित करना।
  • ईंधन भरवाना, तेल भरना, वाशिंग आदि कार्य समय-समय पर करना।
  • माइलेज, ईंधन खर्च, रख-रखाव खर्च आदि का रिकॉर्ड रखना।
  • यात्री / वरिष्ठ / ग्राहक के प्रति सौजन्य और व्यावसायिक व्यवहार रखना।
  • असामयिक परिस्थितियों में, जैसे कि देर होने, वाहन खराब होने आदि, तुरंत संबंधित अधिकारियों को सूचित करना।
  • जरूरत पड़ने पर सामान लोड / अनलोड करना।
  • समय-पालन करना – पिक-अप और ड्रॉप-ऑफ समय का पालन।
  • अन्य प्रशासनिक कार्य जैसे दस्तावेजों की देखभाल, परमिट / लाइसेंस की वैधता सुनिश्चित करना।
  • सप्ताहांत, रात, या बाहर-स्टेशन यात्रा पर काम करने के लिए तैयार रहना।

योग्यताएँ / आवश्यकताएँ

  • वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (Light Motor Vehicle या जैसा आवश्यक हो)।
  • कम-से-कम 4 वर्षों का कार / ट्रांसपोर्ट ड्राइविंग अनुभव।
  • ट्रैफिक / सड़क नियमों का ज्ञान, सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग रिकॉर्ड।
  • स्थानीय मार्गों, नेविगेशन (GPS / मैप्स) की अच्छी जानकारी।
  • शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ होने की योग्यता, लंबी ड्राइविंग करने में सक्षम।
  • समय की पाबंदी, भरोसेमंद और ईमानदार स्वभाव।
  • यात्रियों / वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ सौम्य और पेशेवर व्यवहार।
  • यदि संभव हो, सरल वाहन मरम्मत / मशीनरी की बुनियादी समझ।
  • दस्तावेजों की वैधता (लाइसेंस, वाहन कागजात, बीमा आदि)।

वांछित कौशल / प्लस पॉइंट्स

  • वरिष्ठ व्यक्ति / कार्यालय ड्राइवर के रूप में अनुभव।
  • लगेज / सामान संभालने का अनुभव।
  • भाषा-कौशल: हिंदी / स्थानीय भाषा + बुनियादी अंग्रेजी (यदि आवश्यक हो)।
  • फर्स्ट-एड / सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग / बचाव-प्रशिक्षण।
  • आत्म-अनुशासन और दीर्घ अवधि काम करने की क्षमता।
