Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an NPD (New Product Development) Assistant, located in Nashik. The NPD Assistant will support the development of new products by collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting research, and assisting in the coordination of project timelines. They will ensure proper documentation, manage project reporting, and assist in quality checks throughout the development process. The role also involves aiding in continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle project coordination and documentation
  • Ability to conduct research and analyze data pertinent to new product development
  • Basic knowledge of quality control and compliance processes
  • Proficiency in communication and teamwork for cross-functional collaboration
  • Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • Technical skills or knowledge of heat treatment processes and protocols is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field (preferred)
