Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant located in Anantapur. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, assisting with audits, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The role includes collaboration with the finance team and contributing to the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Accounting, Bookkeeping, and preparation of financial reports
• Knowledge of Reconciliation Procedures, Audit Assistance, and Taxation
• Understanding of General Ledgers, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable processes
• Familiarity with Accounting Software and Tools, such as QuickBooks or Tally
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and reporting
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience or internships in accounting will be considered a plus
