10+ years of experience Experiencing in Architecting and leading development of web applications using various Microsoft technologies such as C#, .NET,  ASP.NET, MVC, Dot NET CORE Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Hands -on experience with microservices, APIs, and enterprise integration. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, Web APIs, and related technologies. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Strong understanding of security, networking, and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL). Hands on experience on using MS Co -pilot / Google Vertex AI or any other AI tools Mandatory to have experience in adopting any AI Stack / Tools - Any AI tools that can be used during project development lifcycle Proven track record of providing cost benefits by adopting AI stack / tools - This is Mandatory Excellent problem -solving, analytical, and communication skills. Should have been an Individual Contributor also - Mandatory Demonstrated ability to lead architecture discussions and mentor engineering teams. Providing technical leadership and guidance to software development teams Designing and developing software solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise architecture standards Collaborating with project managers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure software solutions meet customer needs Conducting technology research and evaluation to identify new technologies and solutions that can improve software development processes Developing and maintaining software architecture and design documentationProviding technical mentorship to junior software developersRequirements Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, Web APIs, and related technologies.
