We're Hiring – IT System Administrator

At Tayal & Co., we've been serving Indian Railways and public transportation with safe, reliable, and advanced mobility solutions for more than 25 years. As we expand into digital operations and automation, we are looking for a passionate System Administrator to join our growing IT team.

Your Role – Challenging and Future-Oriented

As IT System Administrator at Tayalco, you will:

· Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and user account lifecycle.

· Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers OS (2016/2019/2022), desktops, and enterprise applications .

· Implement IT security policies, patch management, and data backup strategies.

· Support networking, IPBX systems, and endpoint devices to ensure smooth operations.

· Collaborate with teams to enable automation, bots, and AI-driven tools for tender filing, compliance, and digital growth.

· Ensure high availability of IT infrastructure, minimizing downtime and enabling business continuity.

· Document IT processes (change management, incident response, disaster recovery) in line with ISO and ITIL frameworks.

Your Qualifications –

· 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

· Proficiency in Windows Server, AD, GPO, and Office 365 administration.

· Basic knowledge of server hardware, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud (Azure/AWS).

· Working knowledge of scripting (PowerShell/Bash) for automation is a plus.

· Familiarity with endpoint security, email management, and user support.

· Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to grow into AI and automation domains.

· Stable employees with long term association with company preferred.
