Java Full Stack Lead Developer

Primary Skillset:

  • Java/J2EE, Angular, Typescript, JavaScript, Spring Boot and Kafka etc.

Skills:

  • Hands-on Java/J2EE development experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs / Microservices.
  • Must have exposure to Angular UI and TypeScript frameworks.
  • Must have exposure to Kafka/Messaging Queues and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Database - Oracle(PL/SQL) and MongoDB.
  • Caches - EHCache/Ignite/Redis/Hekaton.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Java as the primary back-end language.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement microservices architecture using Spring Boot for scalability and maintainability.
  • Integrate frontend components using Angular or TypeScript for seamless user experiences.
  • Ensure data processing pipelines are efficient by implementing message queues like Kafka.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, technical expertise, and code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code.
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and strategic planning for application development, ensuring the team's work aligns with the overall project goals.
  • Manage timelines and deliverables ensuring efficient workflow and on-time completion of deliverables.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the engineering team.
